PLEASE MAIL PHOTOS WITH YOUR ORDER FORM
Take a photo and try to pose yourselves or your pet/child as you’d like (them) to be depicted.
Avoid clutter in the background of pictures. Avoid hats and sunglasses, unless they will be included on your figure.
If an item is vital to personalizing your figure, please provide a visual if possible so a special touch is not missed.
Hairstyles (male
and female) Please take pictures of head from different
angles (especially important if it is a short hairstyle to show
all sides).
If you are having your hair styled for the wedding just describe the style and send a picture of something similar if possible.
Tear sheets of your dress or tuxedo are welcome (the more that can be seen, the more faithfully it can be re-created)
When taking these photos for the artist, please keep in mind the following:
*A dress/tuxedo is best photographed on the bride/groom
*(if not possible photographing front and back on a hanger is acceptable, but hung up against a neutral background)
*Dress: Take close photos of the front, back, sides, train, bodice, and, if detailed, the hem
*Don’t forget headbands, veils, gloves, and shawls
*Tuxedo: Take close photos of the front, back, sides, vest, shirt collar, tie, pocket square, etc.
*In focus, close-up detail shots are extremely important to rendering your figures accurately.
*Bouquets: if a photo of your actual bouquet cannot be provided, please find out the following:
*Specific names and colors of flowers and greenery used.
*Shape and style of bouquet
*Ribbon - type, color, and tie style (stems showing, big bow, pieces hanging, etc.)
*Please try to provide reference photos of your flowers from the internet and/or magazines.
